Marshall Investigative Group on Long Island, NY is seeking a part-time SIU Investigator to conduct complex investigations into suspected fraud and misconduct. The role involves fieldwork, interviews, surveillance, and documentation to support insurance claims.

The position requires an active Private Investigator license or ability to obtain one, strong observational and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently on long surveillance assignments, including weekends.

Formación

• Must hold or obtain Private Investigator license; CFE/CIFI preferred.
• Previous SIU or investigative experience with an insurer required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with 100/300/100 limits.
• High school diploma; criminal justice degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and surveillance technology.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations into suspected insurance fraud claims.
• Perform surveillance and accident scene investigations.
• Conduct recorded statements, interviews, and sworn statements.
• Review policy documents and databases.
• Identify red flags and misrepresentation.
• Prepare detailed written investigative reports.
• Collaborate with adjusters, attorneys, analysts as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion.
