Randstad Digital Americas in Washington, DC seeks a Controls Testing & Data Analytics Lead Specialist to bridge auditing and data analytics, evaluating and monitoring a wide range of fraud risks across the enterprise.

You will design tests, build analytical models using SQL and Python, collaborate with finance and tech teams, and provide insights to leadership to mature the fraud risk program.

Qualifications

• Established ICFR/SOX experience with control testing.
• Ability to execute tests hands-on and analyze results.
• Proficient in data analytics to detect fraud indicators.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and execute data-driven control tests.
• Develop monitoring scripts and models to track control effectiveness.
• Handle intake from hotline data and prepare forensic insights.
• Collaborate with finance and tech to strengthen ICFR and fraud controls.
• Provide vocal leadership and guidance to evolve the fraud program.
