Job summary

Quavo is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to own core fraud and disputes domains in a fast-growing FinTech SaaS environment. You will author Acceptance Criteria for developers, become a SME, and collaborate within a Scrum team.

Deep knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z and card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) is required, with a track record of precise communication and autonomous delivery in a high-pressure setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fraud and disputes with knowledge of consumer financial products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence without direct authority.
• Experience writing acceptance criteria and SME in product domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for feature work.
• Collaborate with Product Lead to surface blockers and status.
• Ensure clarity of requirements with engineering for tickets.
• Develop SME in assigned product areas and train teammates.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies with a high-velocity output.
