Qualifications

  • Branch banking or banking operations experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze customer transactions for potential fraud using detection systems.
  • Complete reviews and documentation with high quality and accuracy.
  • Recognize fraud typologies to detect suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
  • Escalate alerts to the investigation group per policies.
  • Collect, analyze, and safeguard sensitive customer information.
  • Maintain customer and case files and related documentation.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and propose preventive strategies.
  • Adhere to management metrics and regulatory expectations.
  • Make decisions using analytic judgment in gray areas.
