Conduent is hiring an onsite Fraud Call Center Representative in San Antonio, TX to provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive experience while meeting performance goals.

This full-time, onsite role requires availability for any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday. Training is provided with benefits from day one and a potential monthly incentive based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
• Preferred: Banking or financial services experience.

Training Requirements:

• Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Week 2-3 supported call handling).
• Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
