Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Fraud Response Data Analyst to transform fraud data into actionable intelligence that strengthens controls and supports strategic decision-making. You will lead fraud trend analysis, identify emerging threats, and deliver insights for investigations, incident response, and remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 12+ years of relevant fraud analytics experience.
• Experience in fraud analytics, risk management, and investigations within banking/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine fraud performance metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting for fraud trends and incidents.
• Conduct deep-dive fraud analysis to identify schemes and vulnerabilities.
• Support high-profile investigations with actionable intelligence and recommendations.
• Analyze losses and customer impact across banking channels to identify systemic issues.
• Evaluate detection rules and models for optimization.
• Translate datasets into clear business insights and executive storytelling.
• Ensure data quality across reporting tools and data sources.
