Guidehouse is seeking a Fraud Analytics Operations Support Specialist to assist with fraud analytics operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation. The role involves supporting routine and non-routine project tasks, tracking inputs, and coordinating deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of related experience, with onsite work at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project operations, fraud analytics, or data analysis.
• Experience collecting information, coordinating inputs, tracking issues, or reporting.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience working onsite in a client environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud analytics operations, reporting, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inputs and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
• Track issues, prepare status inputs, and maintain project records.
• Analyze fraud-related data to identify trends and follow-up needs.
• Organize stakeholder inputs and action items to support timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, status updates, and analytical materials.
