The role can be remote or from designated US office locations and reports to the Director of Fraud Strategy & Analytics. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in statistics and data science, with hands-on SQL and Python, to translate data into actionable fraud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering)
• 5+ years as analyst, data science, or consulting
• 3+ years in fraud risk analytics
• Experience in consumer financing (credit cards or personal loans)
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and continuous improvement of fraud defense frameworks, including policies and decision rules
• Develop and enhance fraud monitoring dashboards and reporting to track performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed fraud defenses within products and operations
