Job summary

OKCU, Oklahoma's Credit Union, is seeking a Regular Full-Time Professional in Oklahoma City to monitor and investigate fraud, protect accounts, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. This role emphasizes risk management, reporting, and collaboration with Operations and Risk departments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 3–5 years related experience, with preference for financial-institution exposure. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience in financial institutions preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Make timely decisions to protect accounts and reduce risk.
  • Monitor Fraud Alerts daily and take appropriate actions.
  • Investigate fraud or money laundering to minimize losses.
  • Prepare written reports of findings for management.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
  • Support card dispute processes and fraud prevention activities.
  • Attend training and follow internal policies and procedures.
