IDR is seeking a Fraud Risk Analyst to join one of our top clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for mitigating risk. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Fraud Risk Analyst:

  • Conduct accurate and timely investigation of risk-related cases created in the fraud monitoring tool queue.
  • Perform advanced transactional analysis on large data sources.
  • Assist the Risk Management team in identifying fraud trends.
  • Respond to customer transaction verifications via email and assist other departments with risk-related issues.
  • This is a contract position with a duration of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills for Fraud Risk Analyst:

  • Understanding of how card transactions work and fraud.
  • Experience with fraud monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
