Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 3+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and define requirements.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate objectives into prioritized initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to drive value.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and performance with measurable business value.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Translate market trends and feedback into actionable product direction and prioritization.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, and ideation team members.
• Define the 'what' and 'why' for the squad and document priorities and tradeoffs.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, backlogs, sprint plans, and demos.
