Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience can be used in lieu of education requirement.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in college student personnel or related discipline is a plus.
• Experience with fraternity and sorority communities is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience creating programs, trainings, and events.
• Strong advising skills and ability to establish positive working relationships.
• Experience working with stakeholders and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, design, and development of fraternity & Sorority Life programs for community building, academics, and career development.
• Provide leadership around community engagement for the Fraternity and Sorority Life community.
• Provide leadership around academic initiatives for the Fraternity and Sorority Life community.
• Provide leadership around career development for the Fraternity and Sorority Life community.
• Advise recruitment/intake processes and assist with marketing/registration.
• Oversee communications and social media for the community.
• Coordinate liaison with inter/national fraternity HQs and staff.
• Assist with assessment, budgets, and departmental operations.
• Maintain calendars and marketing materials (digital and print).
• May supervise student staff.
