Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Corporate Banking professionals in relationship management, origination, and execution across product areas (Loan & Bond financing, FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, Cash Management).
• Gain understanding of clients and industries, and how the bank supports growth and day-to-day banking needs.
• Provide market-informed judgments on financing strategies for clients.
• Help prepare financial models and presentations for capital structure advice.
• Develop credit analysis and debt instrument pricing/structure knowledge.
• Familiarize with legal and documentation aspects of debt instruments.
• Work on live transactions and interact with clients to build network and experience.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for new/existing clients.
• Develop client-specific analyses (capital structure, acquisition finance) with teams across divisions.
