Kumon Math and Reading Center of Windsor is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support San Jose area franchisees. You will inspect compliance with standards, guide potential franchisees, and expand market presence. Position requires travel across 20–30 locations and weekly in-person reviews to ensure quality and brand consistency.

The role emphasizes training, operational guidance, and profitability improvements, with a focus on after-school hours meetings and local market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs.
• Previous multi-unit service management preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Traveling expectation: attend meetings 3:30–7:30 PM, 3–4 days per week in designated area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roughly 20-30 locations.
• Perform frequent evaluations and follow-up visits to ensure compliance with company goals.
• Increase operations standards through guidance and training.
• Provide sound advice to increase Center profitability and performance.
• Assess regional market conditions to ensure competitiveness and build brand awareness.
• Evaluate local competition and create branch-level strategies for franchisees to maintain a competitive edge.
• Monitor branch and center-level performance for trends and best practices.
• Assist Franchisees with all aspects of new center openings within timelines.
