Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. seeks a Franchise Business Consultant in Omaha, NE to lead franchise operations, coach owners, and drive sales growth while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Travel requirements include 50% with weekend flexibility as needed.

You will partner with franchisees to optimize marketing, local store execution, and profitability, leveraging technology platforms and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of FBC experience in a QSR environment noted as requirement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail oriented and professional.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute the company’s strategic plan and enforce marketing and operational performance standards.
• Uphold FDD requirements and ensure franchise compliance.
• Evaluate operations and marketing; help franchisees identify opportunities and solutions.
• Adapt to dynamic environment and manage time to balance work and well-being.
• Create location-specific business plans and update them annually.
• Regularly contact franchisees to review sales, marketing, service, quality, training and safety.
• Encourage participation in national quarterly promotions and other promotions.
• Ensure franchisees can use marketing tools effectively.
• Present initiatives to internal teams and franchisees to gain buy-in.
• Promote current technology (SpeedLine, Paytronix, Loyalty, Informant, Action Card) and troubleshoot.
• Communicate changes in procedures clearly.
• Prevent store closings.
• Record contacts in D365 and prepare visit reports and monthly status reports.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will display outstanding leadership skills, provide coaching and direction, and drive sales and operational compliance while building a strong relationship with assigned franchisees to improve their restaurant operations, local store marketing execution, and long-term profitability

• Execute the company’s strategic plan and enforce marketing and operational performance standards.
• Be knowledgeable on the franchise disclosure document (FDD) to uphold and enforce all requirements.
• Conduct operational and marketing evaluations, to include assisting franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales and operational shortcomings.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage time effectively to balance work demands with personal well-being.
• Craft location-specific business plans for all assigned locations and update annually.
• Regularly contact all assigned franchisees to review sales, marketing, service standards, product quality, training and safety, and new location opportunities.
• Sell assigned franchisees on the importance of participating in both national quarterly promotions and other promotions as available.
• Ensure that all franchisees have a working knowledge of, and are utilizing, the marketing tools available to them.
• Present effectively to internal teams and franchisees, fostering buy-in for initiatives, strategies, and sales plans.
• Sell assigned franchisees on using current technology in their business and demonstrate a working knowledge of each, with the ability to troubleshoot basic operational questions. This includes:
  • SpeedLine point-of-sale system
  • Paytronix online ordering system
  • Loyalty program
  • The Informant online training portal
  • Action Card customer service/site inspection app
  • Other systems as introduced
• Effectively communicate changes in the company’s procedures.
• Prevent store closings.
• Documentation of contacts in D365, required visit reporting and monthly status reports.

WORK SCHEDULE

Given the travel as well as the days and hours of the franchised locations, this position may result in longer hours and weekend work that may extend beyond the traditional 8 am to 5 pm.
