KidStrong is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support Area Developers in operational, marketing and financial analysis, and to coach centers toward brand standards and annual plans. This full-time role requires frequent travel (approximately 75%), on-site visits, and the ability to drive growth across 25–45 KidStrong Centers.
You will help with training, performance reviews, and implementing corporate initiatives, while partnering with the Finance and Training Teams.

They assist with an annual business plan, and work throughout the year to reach success. The FBC provides sound marketing and business planning advice through regularly scheduled review calls, triage coaching calls, and on-site visits. Frequent overnight and out of town travel is required to ensure adequate coaching and presence for the designated territory.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but will be mentoring so communication and interpersonal skills are important.
This position will work closely with Area Developers, Operations, Marketing, and various members of the HQ team on a day-to-day basis.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
