Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Framing Associate in Dunwoody, GA. You will help customers create custom framing solutions, maintain a clean, well merchandised store, and support frame shop operations.

You will handle cash register duties, assist with truck unloads and stocking, and ensure a safe, efficient shopping environment for guests. Prior retail experience and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they’re looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes to ensure standards are met.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
