Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Framing Manager for our Peoria, IL location. You will lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships while delivering high-quality framing solutions and driving sales.

You will partner with store leadership to ensure SOPs, policies, and safety protocols are followed, while planning workloads to meet production and KPI targets. This role may require nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications
