Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Framing Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead a team of framers, deliver high-quality custom framing solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, drive framing sales, manage inventory and safety programs, and participate in hiring, coaching, and training while serving as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Experience in custom framing is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Drive custom framing sales.
