Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Fontana, CA is seeking a Framing Manager who will lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions and drive frame‑related sales.

You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, manage KPI performance, handle inventory, shrink and safety programs, and participate in interviewing and onboarding. Drive custom framing sales.
