Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Custom Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, apply knowledge of Fine Art Printing and archival framing, and help drive revenue. You will maintain a tidy workshop and sales area while assisting the team with design work and product knowledge.

The role requires flexibility to work day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range that reflects experience and local market standards along with sales incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of custom framing design and archival materials.
• Ability to operate framing software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with product knowledge and design skills.
• Assist in merchandising, production log, and restocking to keep the floor neat.
• Process transactions using framing software and store POS.
• Follow policies, assist customers, and meet deadlines.
