Job summary

Magn a International Limited, through its Cosma International group, is seeking a production-focused professional to coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, and maintain quality in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes leadership, attendance monitoring, and administrative duties to support smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (post-secondary education preferred), and may be expected to obtain weld and forklift certifications as part of career

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience.
• Lead and supervise production teams to meet quality standards and schedules.
• Promote healthy employee relations in the workplace.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOL compliance guidelines.
• Welding and forklift certifications may be required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily production activities and assigns jobs and rotations to ensure quality and schedules are met.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitors timekeeping and attendance and performs administrative duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the daily production activities of the team with respect to job assignment and job rotation to ensure quality standards and production schedules are achieved. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Monitors timekeeping and attendance and performs some administrative duties.

What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace
• Knowledge of OSHA
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines
• Must be willing to obtain weld certification and forklift certification.
