Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in web development or digital experience optimization.
• Hands-on experience building websites and landing pages with Framer.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend practices.
• Experience implementing technical SEO and site performance optimization.
• Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4 and Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Website Development & Optimization using Framer and modern frontend practices.
• Create responsive, mobile-first experiences across devices and browsers.
• Implement interactive components and animations to improve engagement.
• Ensure accessibility and performance benchmarks are met.
• Own SEO initiatives including structured data and indexing best practices.
• Monitor site health, speed, and search rankings and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with content/marketing to boost organic visibility and conversions.
