Job summary

The Michaels Companies in PHX-SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ is hiring a Part-Time Framing Associate to help customers choose custom framing solutions and keep the store clean, organized, and well merchandised.

You will assist with framing orders, operate the cash register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and support Omni-channel processes in a friendly, inclusive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas (SISO and Directed Replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
