Job Description - Overview

Hobby Lobby is seeking an organized, customer‑service oriented person with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager. We need an enthusiastic individual who will be motivated, responsible, and have the drive to make the most of a career with us.

Hobby Lobby carries a full range of art and craft supplies as well as a large home accent department, seasonal merchandise of all varieties, fabric and floral departments. We sell ready‑made, open‑wood, and custom‑made frames as well as carrying a variety of supplies.

The Frame Shop Manager position is hourly store management. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed on Sunday.

Starting range for full‑time: $20.15 – $21.15 per hour

Duties Include

• Supervising framers
• Scheduling hours to stay within payroll budget
• Ordering supplies
• Ensuring the department is clean and well stocked
• Providing excellent customer service
• Meeting all framing deadlines
