Job summary

Duke Cannon Supply Co. in Minneapolis is seeking a Fragrance Director to own the fragrance strategy across our growing men's grooming line.

You will define architecture for core and seasonal fragrances and ensure alignment with brand positioning and product experience. You will manage fragrance house partners, evaluate submissions, and guide performance across body wash, bar soap, deodorant, and cologne, ensuring safety, stability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of fragrance development experience across personal care, grooming, or fine fragrance.
• Deep working knowledge of olfactive families and fragrance evaluation methods.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Own Duke Cannon's fragrance strategy and portfolio architecture across core and seasonal tiers.
• Author fragrance briefs translating brand and consumer needs into olfactive direction.
• Lead fragrance house relationships and manage timelines, feedback, and cost targets.
• Own fragrance evaluation and final selections against brand and performance objectives.
• Direct fragrance performance across body wash, soap, deodorant, and cologne formats.
• Steward the olfactive brand identity and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
