Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding in-store experiences by understanding customer needs and offering the best product recommendations. You will help enroll customers in the rewards program, process purchases, and maintain an engaging, clean selling environment.

As a member of the store team, you’ll contribute to a high-energy atmosphere, support stock and displays, and adapt to varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays while upholding our values

Qualifications

• User-focused retail mindset and ability to connect with customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or service targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and positive communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to calm tense situations and resolve issues effectively.
• Willingness to work peak days and varied shifts ( evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Uncover customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in the rewards program.
• Process cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure brand standards are met.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies at all times.
• Uphold company values and procedures in daily activities.
