Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Yankee Candle – Retail Seasonal Sales Associate in Clarksville, TN to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales at the store level.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, support inventory and merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming store ambience during peak seasons. Prior retail exposure and a can-do attitude are desirable for success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience 1+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections.

• Assist in maintaining store appearance by following visual standards, signage, and cleanliness.
