Job summary

The position involves 12-hour days on a rotating shift, responsibility for batch records, facility and equipment care, and collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bioworks Certificate preferred.
• Level II typically requires 12 months as Technician in the department and a Meets expectations rating.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety guidelines and programs.
• Operate control systems and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and complete Batch Production Records.
• Complete record keeping per current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Operate CIP equipment and process controls.
• Assist in sampling and harvest of intermediates.
• Transfer materials and stage plasma and raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of manufacturing areas.
• Use SAP/ACSIS transactions for data entry and traceability.
• Support supply chain requirements for production.
• Work in an ethical and compliant manner to manufacture safe drug products.
• Participate in commissioning and validation activities for new buildings.
