Arnold & Smith, PLLC is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to provide executive-level marketing oversight on a remote, independent-contractor basis. Qualifications

10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience.
Experience as Chief Marketing Officer, Fractional CMO, VP Marketing, or similar executive role.
History managing large annual marketing budgets, seven figures preferred.
Experience evaluating multiple channels including digital, traditional, and broadcast.
Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and ROI measurement.
Proven track record directing agencies, vendors, and advertising investments.
Ability to communicate strategic recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership across marketing for personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and related areas.
Evaluate growth opportunities and allocate resources across channels and markets.
Create executive dashboards linking marketing to signed cases, revenue and profitability.
Advise leadership on investments, risk, and growth planning.
