Energy Job Shop is hiring Water Transfer Operators for frac site operations in Midland, TX. You will lay and manage large-diameter hose systems, install pumps, troubleshoot equipment, and supervise small crews to maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Experience with 12” and 14” layflat hoses, pump priming, and reporting using Teams is required, along with a strong safety mindset. Supervisory opportunities exist on active frac sites as operations expand.

Competenze

• Experience with 12” and 14” layflat hose.
• Ability to prime pumps, cut and re-head hoses.
• Knowledge of line pinchers and leak repair.
• Basic Microsoft Teams/computer skills for daily reporting.
• Ability to complete JSAs and communicate clearly.
• Strong oilfield awareness and safety mindset.

Mansioni

• Lay and manage large-diameter hose systems on frac sites.
