Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a FQM Associate to analyze market defect indicators and guide quality improvement initiatives.

This role oversees cost analysis and forecasting to optimize quality costs and supports planning and monitoring across daily, monthly, and quarterly cycles. The position requires a Bachelor degree in Quality Engineering or a related technical field and about two years of manufacturing quality experience.

The FQM Associate analyzes market defect indicators to predict future market defects and guide quality improvement efforts, thereby implementing quality planning.

The FQM Associate also comprehensively manages quality costs. Through cost analysis and forecasting, it optimizes quality improvement efforts and effectively implements improvements, leading to quality planning.
