Qualifications

• Active NP or PA-C license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Ability to manage preventive and chronic care across ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and chronic disease management in a FQHC setting.
• Collaborate with RN staff and on-site colleagues; participate in team-based care.
