Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to shape financial planning across a multi-office organization. The role turns complex project, labor, and financial data into actionable insights that influence profitability and strategic decisions.

The position partners with the CFO and leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and KPI analysis, while advancing planning processes and long-range plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is required.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with pivot tables and complex formulas are required.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple offices.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, utilization, project profitability, and cash flow.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for corrective action.
• Build financial models supporting pricing, staffing, headcount, and resource decisions.
• Develop long-range financial plans supporting growth and expansion initiatives.
• Enhance financial models and reporting processes.
