Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership on an engaging FP Movement experience.
• Creates selling initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build lasting relationships through personalized service.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement in collaboration with partners.
• Utilizes store tech to stay informed on events and offers for an omni-channel approach.
• Supports daily operations, restocking, and omnichannel order accuracy while upholding visual standards.
