Job description

We’re looking for a senior FP&A professional to play a key role in company-wide financial planning. This person will serve as a strategic advisor, trusted partner, and the main link between finance and leadership teams. Your goal is to turn complex financial data into clear insights that support strong, informed decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Executive Reporting: Create high-impact financial presentations for executives, QBRs, board meetings, and other urgent analysis needs.
  • Improve Processes: Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial models and workflows. Recommend better processes and challenge outdated assumptions.
  • Tell the Financial Story: Build and refine presentations that clearly explain financial results and outlooks. Confirm all insights are aligned with P&L and business unit teams.
  • Be the Go-To Partner: Act as the main contact for corporate and business unit P&L groups, offering guidance on forecasting, capital strategies, and other key topics.
  • Own the Calendar: Manage deadlines, planning cycles, and deliverables to keep the team running smoothly.
  • Drive Strategy: Improve financial reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen communication across teams.
  • Lead Special Projects: Take on important, complex assignments as needed.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Economics preferred). Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: CPA, CFM, CMA, or similar credentials preferred.
