Job summary

MKIS Professional Search is seeking a Reporting Manager, FP&A to lead financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning that support strategic decisions. You will partner with senior leadership, accounting, and operations to deliver accurate insights and improve reporting efficiency.

You will develop financial models, create executive dashboards, and present findings to senior management. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP/Power BI or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across business functions.
• Develop financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Create executive dashboards and presentations.
• Translate complex financial information into clear business narratives.
