ABB E-mobility in New York seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, aligning finance with strategic priorities.

You will consolidate inputs across regions, deliver executive dashboards, and provide insights on revenue, margins, OPEX, and cash flow, while driving finance transformation and data quality across the global team.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or Controlling experience in a global environment.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience with AI usage, advanced Excel, and SAP/Power BI preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Coordinate financial inputs across regions, product groups, and functions.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models and analyze variances vs budget/forecast/prior year.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, KPIs, dashboards and business reviews.
• Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, margins, OPEX, cash flow, capex and risks/opportunities.
• Act as strategic partner to senior leadership for scenario analysis and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes and finance transformation.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to harmonise processes and share best practices.
