Meta is seeking an FP&A Manager to own the numbers that drive smarter business decisions across the organization. Based in Macon, GA, you will build cash flow models, own planning cycles, and ensure accurate financial projections.

• 7+ years operating in a similar FP&A Manager position.
• Demonstrated ability to ask impactful questions to guide decisions.
• Effective communicator who documents and shares meeting recaps clearly.
• Disciplined approac h to documentation while information is fresh.

Responsabilités

• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Macon, GA team.
• Drive the annual planning cycle and consolidate financial projections.
• Keep the GA property-tax filings ahead of every assessor deadline.
• Stand in for the Macon controller when close cannot wait.
• Reconcile the credit-card feed against receipts nobody wants to chase.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed spend analysis.
• Read covenant terms closely enough to keep the lender calm.
• Keep the GA unemployment and withholding accounts perfectly square.
