You bring QuickBooks and KPI reporting discipline, plus the ability to mentor others and communicate clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency with KPI reporting and the ability to explain trends clearly.
• Strong empathy and ability to coach colleagues.
• Experience teaching others and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Support modeling pricing, margins, and unit economics.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, region and customer segment.
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts to the last cent.
• Manage fixed-asset schedules, depreciation, and capex tracking.
• Own sign-off on journal entries above threshold.
• Close books monthly and meet deadlines.
• Draft board deck translating numbers into decisions.
• Track finance expenses with source documentation.
