Job summary

Jobot is seeking an FP&A Manager for a large, multi-site retailer in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site, permanent role reports to the CFO and leads budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting across locations.

You'll analyze revenue, EBITDA and profitability, build dashboards, partner with Operations, and support acquisitions and new locations as the company scales. Compensation includes a 15% bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance.
• Experience with multi-location retail or similar operating models.
• Experience building location-level P&Ls and KPI/EBITDA analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across multiple locations
• Develop and maintain location-level P&Ls and profitability reporting
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor, operating expenses and EBITDA
• Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive financial packages
• Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives with financial modeling
• Improve and standardize reporting across the organization
• Translate results into takeaways for CFO and leadership
• Improve FP&A processes and reporting tools as business scales
