Your responsibilities will include managing the annual budget, preparing detailed management reports, and ensuring alignment of estimating assumptions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and significant experience in FP&A.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $150,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience working with standard costing and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis.
