Job summary

CVS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning. You will perform in‑depth financial analyses of business units, evaluate profitability, cost drivers, pricing strategies and investment opportunities to support decision making.

In this role you will monitor P&L, advise on state rate updates, assist with data for rate setting, support month‑end close, and present variance analyses to Finance Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Financial/Business discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end P&L statements, reporting and budget & forecasting for the Health Plan in Oklahoma.
• Advise on state rate updates and determine rate adequacy for confirmation and follow-up discussions.
• Assist in state inquiries and data submission for rate setting and medical trend analysis.
• Support month-end close activities and present schedules and variance analyses to Finance Leadership.
