• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, expense management, and performance drivers.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration and challenge.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise expense forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting across monthly forecasts and annual planning.
• Partner with Enterprise Finance and business leaders to consolidate forecast results and explain variances.
• Analyze expense performance and drivers to provide actionable insights to Finance leadership.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready messaging for forecast reviews and planning cycles.
• Develop enterprise expense stories and support governance and controls across forecasting processes.
• Coordinate improvements to forecasting methodologies, reporting capabilities, and planning systems.
