Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong experience supporting professional services, consulting, or services-heavy SaaS models.
• Experience delivering reporting and analysis to C-Suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish driver-based forecasting and operating cadence that delivers executive-quality insights.
• Own forecasting across bookings, revenue, cash, and margin.
• Conduct variance analysis and post-mortems to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide regular project metrics on Gross Margin and business drivers.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes.
