Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client in Georgia is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role leads budgeting, rolling forecasts, and consolidated FP&A processes, partnering with leaders to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives. MBA/CPA/CFA preferred; schedule is Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

• Develop sales, expense, cash flow, and capital expenditure forecasts.

• Prepare executive and board-level financial presentations.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support financial systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data.
