Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business performance and strategic objectives.

Prepare management reports and financial analyses that provide insight into operational and financial results.

Monitor key performance indicators, profitability trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Partner with accounting and operations teams to support financial reporting, close processes, and cost analysis initiatives.

Evaluate product, customer, and business unit performance while providing recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, performance measurement, and business planning processes.

Prior experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to analyze large data sets, reconcile financial information, and support decision making with meaningful insights.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
