Phoenix Tailings is hiring an FP&A Manager to support and execute the company’s accounting and financial operations as we scale production. You will maintain accurate financial records, support financial planning, and ensure disciplined financial execution across the business.
You will work on systems and processes that enable the company to operate, build, and grow, with emphasis on monthly/quarterly closes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.

This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial planning, and ensuring disciplined financial execution across the business. You will work directly on the systems and processes that enable the company to operate, build, and grow.
This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary + discretionary bonus for this role. Total package may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: $140,000- $190,000 total cash compensation plus equity
