Raytheon’s Global Patriot team within LADS Strategic Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated Finance professional to serve as Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (P4) for the NATO Support and Procurement Agency GEM-T program area.

This role supports the 1,000 Lot New Build program, Germany 100 Lot, Poland 200 Lot, and related bids across multiple sites, delivering long range plans, annual forecasts, and financial analysis to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years finance experience acceptable.
• Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes (e.g., RPlan).

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner with internal/external program stakeholders to drive financial strategy and execution.
• Develop and present Long Range and Annual Operating Plans aligning with product area strategy.
• Lead monthly forecast updates informing leadership of status against plan.
• Document/update financial risks and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Participate in new business growth meetings and include related impacts.
• Ensure billing deadlines are met and monitor cash receipts.
• Support investment-related business case development and inventory planning.
• Develop a total GEM-T financial forecast across the GP portfolio.
