• Track actual results versus plan and explain significant variances.
• Model marketplace economics: supply/demand growth by market, take rate, CAC payback.
• Develop budgeting assumptions during annual and quarterly planning cycles.
• Turn complex analyses into clear presentations for senior management and board materials.
